Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 10 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Please be aware that our gated community Shipyard does not allow e-bikes. You can either bring regular bikes or rent there (there are many local companies who can drop them off to you and pick them off when you are done). ;
